Registration required

Payment is due at the time of booking your reservation. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your junk or promotional folder if you do not see it in your inbox). In order to guarantee seating and special requests, anyone present at our sessions must purchase a seat due to limited capacity.

Seating request

If you’re coming with others but making reservations separately, please either create or associate yourself with a group name, while making your reservation. We'll make our best effort to seat you together!

Class time

Our painting session will begin right at the scheduled time, so we suggest arriving 15-30 minutes early to get comfortable. If you arrive after the session has started, we won't be able to assist you in catching up, which may result in an incomplete painting. Please note that refunds or rescheduling options are not available for late arrivals.

What’s Included?

For our standard public events, each attendee will be given a primed gallery-wrapped 11x14” canvas, a tabletop easel, and a set of our three favorite brushes. You’ll also receive a palette with paint colors tailored to the specific painting we’ll be creating, however you're more than welcome to use any paint colors needed throughout the event.

What should I wear?

We provide all of our guests with an apron to wear during the session, however, acrylic paint is unpredictable, and is permanent once dried. We recommend that you wear something in anticipation that it may get painted on.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

The Paint Bar maintains a strict no-refund policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the event to receive a store credit, which can be used for a make-up session within 30 days of your original booking.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, or failure to attend, will not be eligible for a store credit or rescheduling. This policy also applies to reservations made within 24 hours of the event.

For custom events, such as Paint Your Pet, no refunds, store credits, or rescheduling options are available.

Please be aware that if a class does not have enough reservations, it may be canceled or merged with another class that has sufficient sign-ups.

The Paint Bar reserves the right to cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances, and all registered guests will be notified by email by 9 PM the night before the event, when possible.
